About Facility Plus and FPCC
The A. & J. Power Group Inc. o/a Facility Plus (“Facility Plus”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates this website and the Facility Plus Control Centre (“FPCC”), including centralized telephone, SMS/MMS, and related communication tools used to support our facility services operations.
FPCC is used to communicate with Preferred Partners, technicians, subcontractors, service providers, clients, employees, and other registered users regarding work orders, dispatch, scheduling, site check-in and check-out, job completion, service updates, account authentication, photos, reporting, and related operational matters.
FPCC SMS/MMS Terms and Conditions
The Facility Plus FPCC messaging program provides recurring operational and account-related SMS/MMS messages concerning work orders, dispatch, scheduling, site attendance, job completion, service updates, account authentication, and related facility service activities. FPCC messages are informational and operational and are not used for third-party marketing.
Message frequency varies depending on work-order and account activity. Message and data rates may apply. To stop receiving FPCC SMS/MMS messages, reply STOP. For assistance, reply HELP, email [email protected], or call 1-855-275-8735. Opting out will not prevent you from doing business with Facility Plus, although you may no longer receive real-time work-order and service updates by text and may need to communicate with us through telephone, email, or another available channel.
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. FPCC messages should not be relied upon as the sole method of communication in an emergency.he laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
How Users Consent to SMS/MMS Messages
Facility Plus obtains SMS/MMS consent through its Preferred Partner, technician, employee, customer, or other user onboarding and registration processes. After providing a mobile number, the user may actively select a separate and optional SMS/MMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is not selected by default and consent to receive SMS/MMS messages is not a condition of purchasing services, registering with Facility Plus, becoming a Preferred Partner, or otherwise doing business with Facility Plus.
The consent disclosure identifies Facility Plus as the sender and explains the types of messages the user will receive, that message frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, and that the user may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Facility Plus maintains records of consent and opt-out requests in accordance with its legal and operational requirements.
