Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Flexible)

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a full-time North American Divisional Team Leader to service our commercial and retail customers across North America. This role involves leading a team that is focused on growing our footprint across Canada + USA and delivering exceptional customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Lead a team of 5-10 individuals who are vetting and growing our business across North America.

· Maintain consistent, effective, and up-to-date office operations.

· Become proficient in using company software.

· Vetting and growing our preferred partner network.

· Act as a liaison between customers and preferred partners.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

· Post-secondary education or a combination of experience and education.

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in office customer service/administration.

· Strong leadership capabilities and experience leading a team. 

· Fluent in English (French or Spanish is an asset).

· Resides near our head office (strategically located near Pearson Airport).


Preferred:

· Experience in the Facility Services Industry/Building Maintenance Industry.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Ability to coordinate activities across multiple locations.

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, complex environment.

· Strong team communication skills and a can-do attitude.

· Ability to provide constructive feedback to technicians and the sales/admin team.

· Available to attend to client service emergencies from time to time.

· Passion for customer service and a growth-oriented mindset.
