Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Flexible)

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Team Leader to service our commercial and retail customers across North America. This role involves leading a team that is focused on growing our footprint across Canada + USA through exceptional customer service.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead a team of National Customer Service Team Members
  • Maintain consistent, effective, and up-to-date office operations utilizing update to technology
  • Vetting and growing our preferred partner network. 
  • Act as a liaison between customers and preferred partners.

Required:

  • Post-secondary education or a combination of experience and education.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in office customer service/administration role leading a team.
  • Ability to pass a background police check.
  • Fluent in English (French or Spanish is an asset).
  • Resides near our head office (strategically located near Pearson Airport).
