What do Air Purifiers do?
Air Purifiers are portable air “scrubbing” devices, which use an absorption filter to capture and remove airborne odours and chemicals from indoor air environments.
One of the systems that Facility Plus supplies and installs is the Guardian HEPA System, which performs one air change of a 12 x 14′ room in less than a minute. In order to be effective, an air scrubber should be able to perform a minimum of four air changes per hour. By installing a single Guardian system, you can expect to control up to 21,000 cubic feet.
